According to the YouTube user that posted the insane video, the incident happened in Tampa, Florida, on March 24, 2014. Oh… Florida.

YouTube user Florida Driver uploaded video of a man tailgating her during a recent drive on State Route 41 in Tampa. “This pathetic excuse for a human being tailgated me for about three minutes,” she said.

“After about a minute, and me shaking my head, I pulled out my phone and started recording.”

The driver of a Ford F-250 is then seen passing the vehicle only to step on the brakes in an apparent attempt to mess with the motorist filming the entire incident:
